RETURNS POLICY

At Built for Advanture, we pride ourselves on our workmanship and our sale of quality products.  We understand and abide by the obligations placed upon us by Australian Consumer Law.

Accordingly if, on the off chance, one of the products you purchased from us has a major defect or fault, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange if the item has been paid in full and:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;

• is unsafe;

• is significantly different from the sample or description and is not fit for purpose;

• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the defect or fault is minor, we are committed to repairing the item within a reasonable timeframe subject to the costs associated with the repair being reasonable and feasible.   We may choose to refund the full purchase price to you.

We will liaise with you on how best to return the product to us so we can assess the extent of the defect or fault.  The product must be returned as soon as practicable after the defect or fault is detected and not be as a result of misuse or damage caused by your actions (or inaction).

On your part, please understand that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.  This includes purchases made but not yet collected.

Any accepted refund will be net of any applicable card surcharge, bank fee, restocking fee, online merchant fee or service fee charged.

You will need to keep your receipt or other proof of payment.
