Vaughn is a name of Welsh origin, derived from the word “bychan” meaning "little". The name is representative of the person (or van!) in question being your precious little one and although Vaughn, as a Mercedes Vito, may be the smallest van we’ve done a full conversion on, it still packs a punch.
Housing an internal kitchen with full size sink, extending tap and cold water plumbing with 35L of fresh and 27L of grey water including water monitoring, 65L Bushman Fridge, passenger swivel seat, MaxxAir Vent with Remote, Sirocco 12v Fan, Häfele gooseneck reading lights, Lagun table with two mounting locations, cabinetry made with Plyco’s lightweight laminated poplar, custom floor levelling in the front cabin to make it more comfortable for some lucky doggos, Blackhole Blackbutt veneer-on-birch benchtops, solid composite waterproof flooring, Australian-grown timber linings, double bed, heavy duty internal and external storage drawers, 42mm matte black RV Labs handles, a full set of BFA magnetic insulated window covers, customised rear flyscreen, 125AH Enerdrive Lithium battery, 180 watts of solar, 240v power points and EPRO battery monitor with a DCDC charger and 600 watt inverter on a custom BFA Enerdrive electrical board.

As with all our builds, it has been completed with our signature three stage sound deadening and insulation, including trims finished with with Car Builders stretch carpet, and it comes with all campervan certification required including electrical and engineering certificates.
Vaughn is ready for surf trips galore as well as the occasional ‘work from where you are’ set up using the front passenger swivel seat and the mounted table in one of it’s two locations.
